Are you ready to stop holding it all together?

3 days just for you, away from the everyday life, so that you can pause, regroup & finally hear yourself.

This retreat is for you if you feel tired of holding it all together and sense there's something inside of you that wants to be heard, felt, or named… without pressure, performance, or needing to be fixed.

This is not just another yoga retreat… at your own pace, through gentle yoga, somatic practices, breath, and sound, you’ll be invited to go within so that you can shed what no longer feels true for you.

No fixing.

No forcing.

Just permission to be exactly where you are.

The intention behind this retreat is simple. You won’t feel heard and seen by others if you don’t hear and see yourself fully first. This space and the practices offered are an invitation to slow down so that you can reconnect to who you really are and come out of it feeling clear and ready to set things in motion.

REST

Resting, regulating the nervous system and giving ourselves permission to slow down is essential. Yet so challenging in our modern lives to implement. This retreat is designed to give you exactly what you need: space to exhale. Away from the noise.

RECONNECT

Most of us are not aware of how disconnected from ourselves we’ve grown. Caring for others, pushing ourselves and taking care of our needs last has become the norm. It’s time to reconnect to ourselves so we can better hear our own intuition and live in a more embodied way.

RISE

When we rest deeply and reconnect to ourselves, we release what we’ve outgrown and something naturally wants to emerge. It’s easier to see clearly, make decisions and start to express ourselves with more ease, confidence and flow. Rising together, we remember who we are and what we can do.

Your facilitators

Melissa

Melissa Levi is a yoga facilitator, doula, and community builder based in Kampot, Cambodia. Her work is rooted in creating spaces where people can slow down, feel safe in their bodies, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded and human way.

Her approach to yoga and retreat facilitation is gentle, accessible, and nervous-system aware. Rather than pushing for intensity or dramatic transformation, she focuses on practices that support rest, regulation, and long-term wellbeing. Her teaching weaves together mindful movement, breath awareness, guided relaxation, and simple ritual, always adapting to meet participants exactly where they are.

Her background includes prenatal and postnatal yoga, women’s wellness, and therapeutically informed group facilitation, with a strong emphasis on safety, choice, and embodied presence.

Melissa believes retreats do not need to be rigid or intense to be meaningful. The experiences she hosts are designed to feel spacious, nourishing, and genuinely supportive—inviting guests to rest deeply, reconnect with themselves, and return home feeling more grounded and resourced than when they arrived.

Camille

Camille Busson Thompson is a holistic coach, women's empowerment guide, and spinal energetics practitioner. Her work is rooted in her own journey as a woman and mother—one shaped by transition, reinvention, and the constant need to come home to herself.

Born and raised across four continents, Camille has spent her life as an expat, never truly stopping. She's been teaching yoga & mindfulness for 15 years and is now based in Cambodia. Having reinvented herself many times, she developed a deep understanding of how transitions question our identities, and this is at the core of her work.

Camille holds space for women to meet themselves exactly where they are and explore emotions they may have been unconsciously avoiding, with loving compassion and consciousness. Her somatic approach helps women upgrade their identity, shed old skins, and step forward embodying the version of themselves most aligned with who they are now, not who they were conditioned to be. She works across all layers: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
